There is a wide variety of things to do on St. John, making it an excellent destination for people with different interests. Over 30 pristine beaches are perfect for every kind of water activity you can imagine, whether waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, sport fishing, scuba diving or snorkeling. The over 500 species of fish and 40 types of coral to be found along the dazzling reefs that make up the island‘s underwater world are just waiting to be explored. A must-see is the underwater trail marked for snorkelers at Trunk Bay with signs explaining the diverse wildlife among the coral beneath the sea. Other sights to see include the historic sugar cane plantation Annaberg and the three-mile Reef Bay hiking trail.

Breathtaking views and a developed infrastructure make St. John one of the best yachting destinations in the Caribbean. In the lively bustle of the coastal town of Cruz Bay you can find lots of places to shop or just go for a stroll. In the evening you find a great variety of fine and casual dining, as well as restaurants that specialize in authentic caribbean cuisine. Numerous bars invite you into a vibrant nightlife.
